A 6" four layer Double Barrel cake.
Flavour: Brooklyn Chocolate Blackout
Icing: 2 colour Swiss Meringue Buttercream
1. Pick a size.
This chart gives you an idea of how many servings you can get from each of the diameter sizes based on a standard two layer high cake.
Most cakes I make are "TALL" cakes - three layers high. This size adds extra servings, but only adds 25% of the base cake cost to the price.
A four layer cake is called "DOUBLE BARREL cake. This style doubles your serving size and is charged the same a two standard layer cakes.

2. Pick a cake flavour.
Cake flavours:
Classic: Pure Vanilla
Premium: Chocolate ( I use only pure, organic cocoa)
or add flavour to a vanilla based cake.
Choose from a wide variety of fresh flavours and emulsions that are added to the vanilla or chocolate base - almond, lemon, mocha, cherry, raspberry, espresso, bourbon, strawberry, caramel, coconut, lemon.
Gourmet:
Red Velvet, Brooklyn Blackout, Angel Flaked Coconut, Carrot, Hummingbird (* liquor cakes are an additional custom quote)

3. Pick an icing.
I work exclusively with Swiss Meringue Buttercream which is made with egg whites, sugar and A LOT of real butter. It's a longer process to make buttercream this way, but the result is the smoothest and silkiest whipped icing around that is sweet, but not overly sweet, not grainy or crusted. Many people describe SMBC as icing that has the consistency of really silky soft-serve ice-cream.
I do not make fondant covered cakes, however I will create custom decor with a limited amount of fondant.

Add flavour to either classic icing base.

4. Add a filling.
Cakes come with Pure Vanilla or Organic Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream filling and outer icing. Add or combine any of the following:

Almond, lemon, mocha, cherry, raspberry, espresso, bourbon, strawberry, caramel, butter rum, coconut, or lemon emulsion added to your buttercream.
Premium Filling
Cream filling: White Chocolate Ganache, Chocolate Ganache, Caramel, Lemon Curd, Coconut Cream, Peanut Butter, Nutella, Almond Roca Mocha Cream, Butter-Brickle Caramel Bits Cream, Chunky Candy Bar Cream, Cookie Dough Cream, Almond Cream, Pistachio Cream, Graham Cracker and Marshmallow Buttercream, Cinnamon Cream.
Fruit Filling:
Fresh and pureed raspberry, fresh and puree strawberry, fresh and pureed blueberry, fresh and pureed blackberry, pureed pineapple, pineapple coconut , pineapple pudding whipped cream, cherry pie.

5. Custom Design.
All cakes are custom designed to best capture your special event, or celebrated person or group.
After an initial consultation, I will work with you to design the cake decor.
You are welcome to send me inspiration images or photos of cakes, but in the end no two cakes are alike, they are individual works of art.
Sometimes clients will give me a general idea or colours and leave the design with me. That's fine too.

6. Custom Toppers.
Add a custom cut cake topper a wide variety of colours.
Toppers start at $8 and are completely customizable with your message or a name.
7. Pricing.
Cake prices start at $8.00 per serving which includes:

a 2 layer Classic cake flavour,

Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream icing outer wrap,

Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream filling

sprinkles and cake top swirls of Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream
Add-on prices vary depending on seasonal availability, therefore costs depend on what you choose.
The average 6" tall custom cake with fillings is priced at approximately $120.00

1. By the dozen.

Cupcakes are sold by the dozen for all custom orders.
6 packs are sometimes available in a variety of flavours. Please contact me directly to see what I have on hand as I am often able to accommodate small cupcake orders when I am baking cakes.

Prices start at $4 each and include:

Final prices are determined by your flavour and decor choices.
The price for 1 dozen basic cupcakes is $48 - with fillings or custom work starting a $55/doz.
